Most Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County homes are built CBS — concrete masonry block walls on a poured slab. Blakenstone Construction lays that block from your plans: first course on the slab, door and window openings sized correctly, lintels set, and every filled cell, rebar placement, and bond beam built to what your drawings and inspector require. Walls go up plumb and openings land where your windows and doors actually need to be.
If a new slab is part of the job we handle that too. Come with plans if you have them. If not, we need footprint dimensions, wall height, and opening locations before work begins. This is licensed Florida Building Contractor work performed to code — not a shortcut.
